Please bring your printed or mobile ticket and a valid, government issued 21+ photo ID. Attendees who do not have their ticket or ID will not be admitted to the event and will not be refunded.

WHERE CAN I PARK?
Tapped festival believes it is better to take public transit, cab, Uber/Lyft to the Tapped Festival. If you must drive please drink responsibly. Parking is available, http://www.sprintcenter.com/plan_your_visit/directions_parking .
WHAT DOES THE TICKET INCLUDE?
General Admission ticket holders will gain entry inside the stadium for 3 hours of beer tasting. VIP & early Entry ticket holders gain entry hour earlier than GA. All ticket holders also receive a complimentary souvenir tasting cup and have access to the game area, photo booth, and more.
IS THERE A LIMIT ON HOW MUCH BEER IS SERVED?
Yes. State law limits tastings to 3oz per pour for beer and 2oz pour for wine.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN'T MAKE THE EVENT?
Tickets are non-refundable, but ticket holders may transfer tickets to someone else who is 21+. Tickets are transferred by simply printing out the ticket and handing it to the person of your choice!
WILL THE EVENT BE CANCELED DUE TO WEATHER?
The Tapped Festival is a rain or shine event. However, in extreme conditions, the organizers reserve the right to cancel the event. If the cancellation occurs prior to the commencement of the event, attendees will be notified of the cancellation by email.
I DON'T DRINK. CAN I STILL ATTEND?
Yes, of course! You will still need to buy a ticket but come and enjoy the food, music and games.
ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?
The Tapped Festival is a strictly 21+ event, that means NO INFANTS either. We know, we have kids too, but sorry no one under 21!
IS THERE AN ATM ON SITE?
Yes there is an ATM at the arena.
CAN I BRING MY DOG?
Sorry, no pets are allowed. Service animals will be allowed as permitted by federal law.
CAN I RE-ENTER THE FESTIVAL?
This venue has a no re-entry policy.
IF I GO TO ONE SESSION, CAN I STAY FOR THE SECOND?
You must have separate tickets to attend each session. At the end of the first session, all attendees clear out in preparation for the second session. You will need a second session ticket if you wish to re-enter.
IS SMOKING ALLOWED?
The Sprint Center is a no smoking venue. This includes bans on ecigs/Vape, dip/chew etc.
CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD OR BEVERAGES INTO THE FESTIVAL?
No outside food or beverages will be permitted. You will need to dispose of it prior to entrance.
CAN I BUY BEER AT THE EVENT OR BRING EMPTY OR FULL BOTTLES HOME WITH ME?
Absolutely no beer can be removed from the festival site. Beer will be available for sale through the normal concession stands.

DRINK RESPONSIBLY.

The Tapped festival is focused on providing a fun atmosphere for guests to experience new foods and beers. All guests are expected to drink responsibly and ensure they have a safe and responsible means of transportation before leaving the event. Any guest who is intoxicated before entering the event, as determined by event security, will be denied entry to the event. Any guest found intoxicated during the event or causing a disturbance, as determined by event security, will be asked to leave the facility without refund and may be subject to further consequences.
